I have used the engineers from Barima Homecare Services for more than 5 years now.  I switched from British Gas as they kept trying to get me to upgrade to a new boiler even though the old one
just needed a new part.  I found Ernest to be very knowledgeable, honest, trustworthy and able to explain things simply and easily.

When there is an emergency, the company response times are great – even directly coordinating with the tenant, whilst I was abroad on one occasion.  When the time finally came for a new boiler, he suggested multiple options, taking into consideration my needs as a landlord.

I have used the company for plumbing issues as well – for example, unexplained high-water bills, which eventually turned out to be leaky toilets. Mystery solved! I have also used the company for shower replacements and numerous landlord safety checks. All in all, a great company and I would highly recommend them.
